About Patio and Play


Family owned and operated since 2007, Patio and Play is located in historic Charleston, South Carolina. The idea to start Patio and Play came from the love of our own backyard and the difficulty we had in finding quality patio furniture, accessories and play sets online. We recognize that your yard is an extension of your home and a reflection of you and your family’s unique personalities. As such, we wanted to offer a unique shopping experience that would incorporate the needs of the entire family. It is with this since of family, and our fruitless efforts in online shopping, that we launched our dream of Patio and Play.

Shipping Information:

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Shipping terms are listed on individual product pages and will vary seasonally.

Warranty, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Warranties

• All warranty issues are the responsibility of the manufacturer and should be addressed to them.

Damaged Merchandise

• Customer should inspect all goods upon arrival before signing Bill of Lading sheet. If there are any damages, note them on the Bill of Lading sheet and please call customer service at (843) 795-1138 immediately to report.
• Damaged or defective goods will be replaced upon return if item is available. You must phone customer service before returning to acquire return shipping label.

Non-defective merchandise

• You must first call us before returning any product. All returns must be authorized by Patio and Play.
• Requests for return authorization for any reason other than warranty issues must be submitted within 30 days from date of purchase or 14 days of receipt of merchandise, whichever is later.
• Non-defective merchandise must be in original, unopened packaging that will allow the merchandise to be re-sold.
• A 15% restocking fee and all shipping charges/processing fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Charges/fees will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Custom Merchandise

• All custom orders are final, non-returnable and non-refundable.

Cancelled Orders

• Any request to cancel an order must be made and acknowledged by Patio and Play within 24 hours of placing the order.
• If order is cancelled after merchandise has shipped, the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges and processing fees. Fees will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Product accuracy and availability


• Patio and Play and our affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions, availability or other content is completely accurate, reliable or error free. Unfortunately, such inaccurate information may relate directly to the price of a product, the description of a product or its availability. We reserve the right to correct all such mistakes at any time without notice.
• Product colors and images may vary based on camera angle, lighting, monitor quality or other circumstances beyond our control. Products returned due to color variances will be considered a return of non-defective merchandise.
• In the event that a price is incorrect due to typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed with the incorrect price whether or not an order has been confirmed or credit card processed. If the credit card has been charged, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the charge and you will be notified.
